A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls on location that is not served by our delivery partners, K3 Urban Threads team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship and deliver the products within 15 working days, however during pandemic situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. Since few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, K3 Urban Threads has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
